I am a Japanese Brazilian girl curious about culture and how people address problems and opportunities.

In design what really gets me excited is exploring needs, problems and possibilities and then finding a way to fulfil them.

I'm a Product designer currently redesigning the core features from Arquivei, a Brazilian startup in the fiscal document’ s management field. 

I am familiar with complex B2B and SaaS businesses, solving organisational issues in a user-oriented way.

In addition I also co-founded the UX Sanca, a design community in São Carlos, inland state of São Paulo. My professional desire today is to be within an organisation aligned with values like respect and social responsability while building something great. As a team player I also value collaborative environments where I can have an active participation in the processes and results.

I want to carry out proposed challenges and grow as a design professional, apply knowledge, creativity and exercise my soft skills for the benefit of the team, the company and the delivery of value to the end user.
