Context
The project developed on Techstars Global Startup Weekend Online | COVID-19 actually comes from a similar initiative developed beforehand by one of out actual team members.
This previous experience gave us some miles on the road, with knowledge on user needs, market demands, technology struggles and many other.
Currently we are a team (of three) with complementary skills: I as a designer working end-to-end on the product roadmap; a skilled Product Manager from Gympass, who responds for product, business and production tasks and a senior software developer responsible for all our tech decisions and development.
Design process
Geographically apart, the team managed to hold online sessions of design facilitation on Miro.
Main used tools and processes:
in-depth interview;
surveys (forms);
personas;
market research;
journey maps;
assumptions list;
ideation sprints;
prioritization map;
branding identity statement.

MVP 1
Smoke test + Landing page
At first we tried to get businesses leads from the landing page and a forms.
In the following sprint we decided to pivot the stakeholder from the business to the end customer.
Then we started to make active prospections for businesses.
MVP 2
App + Landing pages
With 200 businesses inside the app, we launched the app with main features.
Main targets now are the end customers, in all actions such as marketing, landing page implementation and app features.

Presenting our initiative
Results so far and stage of the ongoing project
We have already 300 small businesses registered on our data base and dozens of access in our app every week.
We are learning weekly how to improve the overall user experience in our platforms and also learning how to evolve our internal processes remotely.
Currently we are running a usability test with the prototype of a new version of the app:
